Parish and Community
The Knights of Columbus’ principles of Charity, Unity, Fraternity and Patriotism serve as the basis of the Order’s core values which are Integrity, Professionalism, Excellence, and Respect. The Pius IX Council are men from St Stanislaus and St Maria Goretti. Charity is at the heart of our work and our faith. For our council, charity means supporting a virtually boundless variety of projects.
This is what we do. Men of the parish working together in unity and fraternity to better our parishes and community.
Rose & Rosary
When St Stanislaus or St Maria Goretti have their Baptisms, the Knights present each family a Rose & Rosary. This acknowledges the purification and admission to the Christian Church.
Each Rose & Rosary is assembled by a special needs adult.
Feeding Those In Need
The Knights supports Manna on Main Street to feed the hungry in the local North Penn area. Also some of our Knights take SEPTA to St John’s Hospice in Center City Philadelphia to take an active role helping people in need.
The Knights provide donation support and collect supplies for Mater Dei Catholic School.
Knights assist parish First Holy Communion, Confirmation, Forty Hours, Our Lady of La Vang, Christ the King . . .

Habitat for Humanity
The Knights supports and have taken a hands-on role with Habitat for Humanity in Montgomery county. “The Gift of Home.”
In many homes, there is an empty seat for one who is serving or one who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. There is no better time to express our appreciation than during the holiday season. We show our veterans we are thankful for them and that they will always be remembered.
