Wreath Across America Ceremony – 12:00 Noon – December 17th

Location: St John Neumann Cemetery, 3797 County Line Rd., Chalfont, PA 18914. Please meet us at the top of the cemetery hill at the roundabout.

There is no better time to express appreciation than during the holiday season.  In many homes, there is an empty seat for one serving or making the ultimate sacrifice for our country.  We hope you will join us to show our veterans we are thankful for them and will always be remembered. 

Our Pius IX Council 4396, the Fr. Joseph C. Tomko Assembly 934, and the VFW Post 3258 will stand as Honor Guard. 

All are welcome to attend to embrace the memories of our loved ones and honor our Veterans.
